EliteMeeting.com’s unique service allows planners and businesses to quickly search hundreds of hotels and resorts for the ideal space to hold meetings, conferences, and incentive retreats. Signing up for a free account (link) allows members to easily bookmark locations and request for proposals from Elite Meetings at no charge.

More than a simple database of select properties, the Elite Meetings Web site employs cutting-edge technology to allow meeting planners to search for an Elite Certified venue by location, as well as number of guest rooms; size and scope of function space; and desired amenities, including but not limited to: golf, spa, skiing, and tennis. Additionally, planners can search for specific “hot dates” offered by the individual properties.

After reviewing the list of hotels and resorts that fit their search criteria, planners can simply select those of most interest and submit a Request for Proposal (RFP) to each property with a single click. The RFP is sent to a designated group sales professional at each property as a prequalified lead. After receiving the RFP, the hotels can respond via their EliteMeetings.com account with a detailed customized proposal for the event. Planner and hotelier are then free to communicate and negotiate directly.
